RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window
We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. Returns or refund requests made before the order has been delivered will not be accepted.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — completely unopened, unused, with original tags and in its original sealed packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been opened, used or tampered with will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at racemuginfo@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that all return shipping costs to our quality control warehouse are entirely the customer's responsibility. RaceMug does not cover return shipping fees under any circumstances.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
RaceMug is not responsible for orders where the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or where the customer was not present at the time of delivery. In these cases, no refund will be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, custom or personalised products, or perishable goods.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in its original unopened condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at racemuginfo@gmail.com.
