Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times
Once processed, orders are delivered within an estimated 10 business days from dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, local carrier speed, customs processing or high demand periods beyond our control.

RaceMug offers free shipping on all orders worldwide.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our website:

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. RaceMug has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
